Return Policy

Please contact Orox for a return authorization before returning any items to us.  Returns that are shipped to us without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.  

 

Orox will fix or replace at our option any item that is determined by us to be defective.

 

You may return an item within seven (7) days of its purchase or receipt for a refund of its purchase price. You may exchange your item for a different finish or for a different product or products within thirty (30) days of its purchase or receipt.  Orox will only accept items for refund or exchange that have not been worn, used, or altered. If additional costs apply for a price difference you will be contacted for your credit card information, as we do not retain credit card information from our customers.

 

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.


You must notify us in advance of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not retain personally identifiable information about you on this site without your knowledge. We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but you may opt out at any time. If there are any questions you have that haven’t been covered here, please email us at sales@oroxleather.com and we’ll reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Terms of Service

All products will be shipped with delivery confirmation.


All orders are shipped in the order they are received.


In stock items are shipped within 72 hours after they are received.  "Out of Stock" items will ship as soon they become available.  We will do our best to keep you informed.


We primarily use USPS, FedEx, and a combination of FedEx and USPS (SmartPost) to deliver our orders. In special cases we may use UPS or another carrier for shipping.


Orox Leather will send you a tracking # as provided by the shipping carrier, as your order ships. Please note that orders using 1st Class International USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Please allow at least 12 hours for the shipper's website to update before seeking tracking reports.


Once an order ships from Orox Leather Co, tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper's tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships.


Orox Leather Co. may cancel orders at any time due to insufficient materials or supplies, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason which we feel is necessary.


The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping and you will have the opportunity to stop the ordering process.
