Black Friday & Cyber Monday Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • Promotions are available to customers worldwide, subject to stock availability.
    • Offers are valid only for purchases made during the specified dates and times for each promotion.
  2. Exclusions and Limitations
    • Discounts cannot be applied to items not specified in the promotion.
    • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or coupon codes unless explicitly stated.
    • Promotions do not apply to taxes, shipping, handling, or other fees.
  3. Returns and Exchanges
    • Orders placed during the Black Friday Sales and Cyber Monday can be returned or exchanged until January 31.
    • The following discontinued products are not eligible for returns:

      • Woven Tote
    • All returns must be approved by our staff via email at Hello@oroxleather.com
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Shipping and Delivery
    • Items purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are subject to extended shipping times due to high demand.
    • Estimated shipping times for “pre-order” items are 2-3 weeks, with guaranteed delivery by Christmas for orders placed within the promotional period.
    • Orox Leather Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or adverse weather conditions.
  5. Compliance with U.S. Law
    • These promotions are governed by U.S. laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from these promotions will be resolved under U.S. law.
  6. Acceptance of Terms

    • 30% Off Sitewide on Leather Items: Applies to all other leather products. If sold out, items will ship within 2-3 weeks, with guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
  • Giveaway: Each online purchase automatically enters the customer into a giveaway, with two winners announced the following day.
    • Prize: Each winner will receive a USD 800 Voucher for travel to Oaxaca.
    • Eligibility: Open only to participants aged 21 and older. Travel must be redeemed within six months of the giveaway date. Only apply in online orders.
    • Multiple Entries: Each separate purchase on December 4 counts as one entry, increasing the chances of winning.
    • The USD 800 Voucher for Oaxaca travel is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed within six months of issuance.
