Our lifetime warranty is exclusive to all Orox Leather Co.-made goods and is distinguished by the Orox logo stamped on the leather.

This warranty guarantees that Orox products will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost if defects in materials or workmanship occur.

What the Lifetime Warranty Covers

The following manufacturing defects are covered under our lifetime warranty:

  • Leather Issues: Stains or cuts discovered upon opening the packaging.
  • Hardware Failures: Hardware that fails over time may be repaired or replaced, depending on the circumstance.
  • Stitching or Seams: Stitching or seams that come undone will be repaired or replaced based on the specific issue.
  • Monogram Defects: Defective or misspelled monograms will be replaced.
  • Belt Adjustments:
    • Additional holes can be added to belts at any time.
    • Belts can be shortened free of charge, but cannot be lengthened.
  • Crossbody Strap Adjustments:
    • Crossbody body straps are available in various widths upon request 1/2, 3/4, 1.25”
    • Straps can be shortened or lengthened at no cost.
    • Additional holes can be added, and straps can be shortened if they are too long.

What the Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover

The following are not included in the lifetime warranty:

  • Regular Wear and Tear: Normal material deterioration over time. For such cases, we offer a 25% discount on a replacement item (not valid on discounted or discontinued products).
  • Zipper Repairs: Zippers failing or tearing are not covered unless the issue arises from packaging. Repairs start at a minimum fee of $150.
  • Hardware Failures Beyond 10 Years: Repairs for hardware failures after 10 years from purchase can be done for a $30 fee.
  • Leather Damage: Stretching, cracking, or other damage caused by use is not covered.
  • Canvas Damage: Tearing or wearing of canvas over time is excluded.
  • Sandals: Sandals are no longer covered under the warranty as they are a discontinued product. However, sandal resoling services are available for $60.

How to Apply for a Warranty or Repair

  1. Document the Issue:
    • Take a clear picture of the defective area and the overall product.
  2. Contact Us:
    • Send an email to hello@oroxleather.com with:
      • The images of the defect.
      • Your order number.
      • A brief explanation of your concern.
  3. Shipping Instructions:
    • If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will send you a prepaid return label. Local customers may drop off the item at our Chinatown location.
    • For repairs outside the warranty, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and paying the repair cost.
  4. Prepare the Item:
    • Clean the product thoroughly, inside and out, removing all debris or stains before shipping it back to us.
  5. Processing Time:
    • Allow 2-3 weeks for the repair process. You will be notified when your item is ready to be shipped back.
