We work hard to ensure that all products are shipped within 24 hours. All orders are shipped in the order they are received. "Out of Stock" items will ship as soon they become available. We will do our best to keep you informed.
Free Shipping Our online store now offers free 3-5 day shipping all the time, for US domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from the moment of ordering and could take up to 5 business days to be delivered.
Carriers and Notifications: Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with USPS and FedEx. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier, when your order ships. International orders will ship via USPS only and these will not have tracking numbers. Please allow at least 12 hours for the shipper's website to update before searching for your tracking report.
Shipments depart from our shop Monday throughout Saturday before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon will be shipped next day.
Once an order ships from Orox Leather Co., tracking is the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper's tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships.
Orox Leather Co. may cancel orders at any time due to insufficient materials or supplies, suspicion of fraud, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason which we feel is necessary. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping and you will have the opportunity to stop the ordering process.
