The Heritage Jacket is a rugged outer layer built from full-grain leather and handmade with precision. Designed in our Portland studio, this piece carries the Orox tradition of durable craftsmanship and clean, functional design into every stitch.

At first wear, you'll notice the structure—the feel of true, uncorrected leather with all its natural character intact. But give it a day. The fit softens, the leather begins to mold to you, and what started as sturdy becomes second skin. This is a jacket that doesn’t just wear in—it wears better.

A classic, no-frills cut, built with purposeful details and a weight that means business. It’s equally at home layered over a button-up or thrown over a T-shirt over a coffee run.

These Jackets are a limited batch, once we finish our stock, the new ones will be a new style.

Care Instructions:
◼ Keep it dry: Moisture is no friend to cow hide. If your jacket gets damp, gently dab with a dry cloth and allow it to air out naturally; no heaters, no hairdryers, no sun exposure.

◼ Store it away: Hang it on a hanger, in a cool, dry wardrobe away from direct sunlight or dramatic temperature changes. Check for damp in the colder months.

◼ Dust occasionally: A light shake or soft brush every now and then (about every two months) keeps it looking fresh and prevents dust settling deep into the fibers.

◼ Handle with care: If there’s a spill, keep it surface-level. Dab away excess liquid, then carefully wipe the outer fibers with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid soaking through to the base.

◼ Let it breathe: Leather’s a living material. Avoid sealing it in plastic or storing it in damp spaces; a breathable cotton cover is ideal if you’re tucking it away long term.
