This is my second Merces crossbody bag. I love the size, and this Royal leather is amazing! Good structure but still soft to the touch. Love the black handles. The craftsmanship on these bags is perfection.
I wanted this bag for a year and finally bought it, what took me so long?? I am carrying it for the first time today, on a trip from Portland to Mexico City - here it is in all it's glory, on a hook at the hotel bar! the color is beautiful, the quality is outstanding including the zipper. my first, but certainly not my last, Orox bag
This was my first purchase from Orox Leather and I was so impressed! The bag is stunning and so well made. I love the two inside pockets(one zips) and also the outside pocket. I also like the option to add my own different straps if I want. This leather is amazing! I also needed to contact CS and was so impressed with their quick response and resolution of my question. Highly recommend this company.

I am so impressed with the quality of my Merces Crossbody in Sunflower. The size is perfect for me. I carry a wallet, sunglasses, phone, paperback book and a good-sized cosmetic bag. I get a lot of compliments on it. It is one of my favorite bags.

I gave a Merces Cross to my niece for graduation. As she opened it, the widening of her eyes said she loved it before she spoke words to that effect. My mom and sister also commented that they thought it was great. The Merces Cross looks much better in person than in the official pictures on the Orox website. If you are in doubt, look at the pictures provided by customer's; they better represent the actual look of the bag.
This is the best bag I have ever owned. The size is perfect, not too big, not too small. The zippered top is genius and the pockets inside work well to segregate my phone from purse life. The cross strap is incredibly comfortable as well.
My wife loves the purse, which I knew she would. I’ve had my belt and wallet from OROX for 5+ years (both) now and haven’t had to even worry about using the lifetime warranty. The products look good and are tough as nails. They age beautifully. Lastly, OROX will be my leather company for products forever after this latest episode. When ordering the gift for my wife I updated my billing information from PDX back to my home state of Nebraska. I failed to update the billing address. It was the CHRISTMAS EVE so, rightfully so, the company was closed to spend time with family and friends. I left a reply message to the confirmation email, fully not expecting anything to happen. Luckily our old roommate still lives at old address so it wouldn’t have been the end of the world, but that didn’t matter. I called Tuesday around midday to see if I could get it changed or if it was too late. They had read my email/message on website and had already did it and left me a new confirmation email and thanked me again for the purchase and asked if they could help with anything else. Outstanding costumer service from a great locally owned business. Forget those big leather companies where the quality is marginalized for profit. Spend your money here. You will spend the same prices, get a better product, and be supporting something you can believe in.

This is a beautiful bag and I'm really happy with the craftmanship over all. The size and style of this bag is exactly what I wanted and the color is gorgeous. I only wish the exterior pocket was just a tad more roomy. It seems like the obvious spot for a phone, but it's just slightly too small. Hoping it will stretch.
I love this bag. It is a great size with multiple pockets inside to keep things organized. The leather is so amazing and will age so beautifully. Levi shared samples of what the leather looks like after years of wear and I cannot wait to see it age, the leather will soften and become buttery. The two tone coloring is stunning. I love the green and brown combination. The gold hardware is a wonderful touch, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It holds so much and has a zipper closure to keep things secure, the addition of the detachable strap gives great options for cross-body or on the shoulder wearability. Great bag and cannot wait to purchase more from Orox in the future.

I am really really enjoying my new handbag and I anticipate using it for years! LOVE the size, color, quality and functionality. I have do have one suggestion to add an additional loop on crossbody strap that keeps the notched end from flapping about. There is one close to the buckle but it’s sewn so you can’t slide it to the end. All is good though, I went to a shoe repair shop and he is adding one for me. 😊
